    I have finally found my hair dresser!! Her name is Shawnna she works at Great Clips Winter Haven location!!! Awesome and amazing Shawnna is!!! doing hair for over 9 years.I couldnt believe it she made my hair cut and hair style just the way I asked by the way is was a Bixie!!!     I just wanna give a huge shout out to the great clips team at this winter haven location. Your customer service, attention to detail, knowledge with hair, and making sure I got the proper care was second to none! Definitely better than anyone else Ive experienced in this area, you saved me today from a butchered haircut gone wrong. I wouldve joked about greatclips giving me a good haircut in the past. Today changed my view for sure. Thank you for saving me from this local barber and making me look great too!

    I’ve been using Great Clips since I moved to Winter Haven in February. All of my experiences have been good ones. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and skillful. My personal favorite stylist is Samantha. I have short, wavy hair and, if cut wrong, it’s a nightmare. I told her what I wanted and she knew just what to do. She’s done a fantastic job—it’s so easy for me to do my hair every morning before work. Also, she’s so kind and friendly, I’d look forward to seeing her even if she wasn’t cutting my hair!

    My fiance and I came to Winter Haven to visit his mother. He wanted to get a hair cut and a beard trim. Ashley did a great job on his hair and beard trimming. I was not sure if I wanted to get my hair trimmed up or not. Tina helped me decide. Both Ladies did an amazing job.

    AMAZING HAIR SALON!! my husband told me about great clips since he usually brings our son here who always comes home with an amazing haircut from Z so I ended up bringing the whole family kids to get a quick haircut on Sunday. All I can say is WOW! Where has this place been all my life? I spoke to T before heading over but did make the check in appointments online for everyone. All I can say is that T did a phenomenal job on my husband Laura did an amazing job on our daughter. Britney did absolutely awesome job on our son and I also was able to sit with Britney to do my hair and oh my goodness she brought me back to looking good!! Thank you all, you are all Top A stylist!! And thank you for treating our children with such love throughout the process!

    Lawra is amazing and she does not rush when cutting your hair . Been to other stylists in that salon and some of them don’t care how you look when you finished they just care about their bottom line and how to get as many haircuts with less time spent on their side . Hope this help others so they don’t end up with bad haircuts like I did from that one lady with hair half blond and half black and long lashes .

    Since 2014 I have cut my own hair. Once a year I would go some place to get my hair cut to see if I liked the results, and the results have been lackluster. I only ask for very simple modifications (as can be evidenced by the fact that I cut my own hair and I have no barbering background), and usually dont get exactly what I asked for. Today I did, and I will be going back on the regular to this place. T cut my hair and did exactly as I asked, and asked all the right questions in the process. Not only that, they keep a record of how your hair was cut so when you return you have a reference point to go off of. ! I cant believe other places I have been to dont do that. Each time you go to get your hair cut you can dial it in better with each visit. My self-hair-cutting days are over. I am sold on Great Clips.

    My visit was on a weekday after 1:50I got an undercut that was shorter than what I was hoping for but came out really good. I paid $8.00 for a shampoo. They do it twice with a preshampoo hair wash and then a shampoo. Is it worth $8.00 an addition to mens hair cut? Its not one shampoo and dry. Most men just get a haircut anyway. I still paid less than a single MVP from Sports Clips. I had a coupon so I chose to return here in years. I have 3 places that I might go for a haircut but it depends on what Im willing to budget for when I get one. Im not that loyal to any barber shop or hair salon. Some prices can be higher than others. Great Clips is in the same plaza as the barbershop near West side but they dont have a sink for doing a shampoo service. Also I want to compliment the stylist for also fast haircut and shampoo was fast. I caught the RT.30 bus. So my visit was like under 50 minutes.

    My hairdresser of 20+ years was sick, so I dropped in here. Young and new to the job, the hairdresser who cut my hair took her time to listen and to work. She often asked assistance from her supervisor, who was patient and always supportive and kind in helping. I was very impressed with the interpersonal interactions and with the end result.

    Shawna did a great job cutting my 3 year old daughters hair. She was patient and friendly with my 7 year old. She was careful and paid attention to what I asked. She takes care of her guests and follows the order in which they signed in. The place was clean and I also had my hair cut with Shawna due to her dedication and care.
