    I like using SuperCuts, the stylist, Sydney is great. The price, wait time and easy to make an appointment is great with SuperCuts.Your app is not the easiest to use. I don’t want to call to make an appointment so I use your app. Why are seniors forced to call for an appointment? I’d like to make an appointment several days before my appointment.

    Today I had my haircut here for the 2nd time. Made an appointment before arriving because I saw how busy they were last time when I walked in. Had Tina last time and Sidney this time. Both times I walked away very happy with my cut. It was exactly what I was looking for. Both ladies did a great job and I’m very happy with it. I’ll be back!

    My mother and I stopped into this salon while on vacation, as I wanted a new style and my mom needed a haircut. The ladies working were very friendly, I myself had a lady named Tina, she did an excellent job. Even helped me with chosing products that would work better for my hair as I have oily hair. I love the cut an style she did. She was very knowledgeable, and gave me great tips for my oily hair. My mother had a young lady named Sydney whom did her cut. She did a great job to! She was very knowledgeable and paid attention to the details in which my mother wanted. This will be our go to salon each time we visit Florida from now on. Both Sydney an Tina were very knowledgeable and did an amazing job!! Thank you both again!!! We highly recommend going to see either of these ladies!!

    Called and left message so I can have John cut my hair. No callback...then I found out John does not work at Supercuts anymore. Thats disappointing...he was quite good. Id like to find out where he is now.

    I have been to many salons and had many different hair stylists and this Supercuts is top notch. I get a cut and color and It is always the best my hair has ever looked. The stylists talks with you to make sure of what you want instead of pushing a certain look on you. I highly recommend!!!

    Normally have a good experience here when its either the young girl or the mom (I believe) but I got this older woman today and the whole experience was terrible.Besides the bad job following what I wanted, which again I never have had an issue with, she hit me in the head twice with the blow dryer, combed through my ear many times, and the grossest of all kept breathing directly into my face. Every 3 seconds it was just hot breath hitting me in the face because she was mouth breathing the entire time. It was disgusting.I told her I didnt like it and she offered not to charge but I dont want to be accused of lying to avoid paying because I want to be able to go back when its not her. If you go here and you get an older lady with white hair wait for someone else.

    Service was great. I called in advance to make an appointment. Staff was friendly and my hair dresser listened to how I wanted my hair done. It was PERFECTION. I highly recommend Supercuts in the Jacaranda location. A shout out about my hair dresser Nicole whose work was great.

    Went in for a trim and showed the girl a picture of a hairstyle that I was thinking about getting. She was very honest in telling me that that particular style would not look good on me because of the shape of my face. Got my trim, and now its back to the drawing board to find a style that Ill like. Very impressed with her honesty, and, of course, the trim 😊 Thank you!
