    The best haircuts Ive ever been to! They cut my hair into a style I love, but everywhere Ive gone, theyve always cut it all off... so I was thinking about just trimming the ends, but when I showed them a picture of what I like, they made it look better than I expected. In the end, my mom and daughters cut it!

    Came in from out of town and received a promo coupon. Elizabeth was very sweet. She cut my hair exactly how I asked, took her time but was also quick. She also let me know what would be done and showed me. Highly recommend!

    Great experience with Lisa at the South Venice location. Both stylists were knowledgeable and super friendly. My son is Autistic and it was a fantastic experience. Also love that they carry Paul Mitchell products.

    I like Val and Tina there. I have very short hair and a good cut is very important.I now have Elizabeth cutting my hair and she is terrific!! My hair is short and it has to be cut by someone who truly know how to cut hair— and Elizabeth is that person!! On a scale of 1-10 she is a 10 for sure!!!

    I was hesitant going to a chain hair salon, especially one that offered very affordable hair cuts. There are so many hair salons in town that start off by charging at least $30 for a cut, so going to a place that charged just $14 for an adult cut made me a bit uneasy. Im glad I gave Great Clips a chance. Theyve got a monitor at the front desk that shows you whos up next for a cut so youre not sitting around wondering when your name will be called. Theyve got a cool app that allows you to check in before you arrive.You can even see what the estimated wait time is when you check in. Neat. A lot of women were working at the time I went in and took time with each client they were working on, even though several of us were waiting to be served. My stylist was great; she made 100% sure she understood what I wanted out of my hair cut and what I didnt want. She clearly cared about her clients wishes rather than her own. Ive been in many situations were my stylist chose to do what he/she wanted to do with my hair rather than what I wanted to do with my hair. I will DEFINITEY go back to Great Clips. There is no place in town that Ive been to for a cut that Id visit a second time expect for Great Clips.

    Walked in without an appointment. Only had to wait for about 20 minutes. Lisa was my stylist and, besides being super sweet, did a great job. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

    I only go to Great Clips because there is only 1 stylist that can cut my 2 year olds hair and that is Andrea. She is very nice and always patient with my son. She doesnt rush and makes him feel comfortable. She just great with kids and knows how to cut hair. She has even cut my hair and Im very picky about who takes scissors to my hair. Andrea is professional, kind, and a great stylist. When ever we go in for a cut I always call to make sure she is working and if shes not I ask when she will be in next so Im there when she does come in. The salon is always clean and we have never waited longer then 10-15 minutes for a cut. If you want a great cut or have your kids hair cut at Great Clips always request Andrea and you will never have a problem.

    Everyone was super friendly, no wait time. Two of my daughters and my boyfriend got hair cuts, one of my daughters hair wasnt cut straight in the back i pointed it out before we left, there was no argument and it was fixed without incident! Also serious shout out to ashley for cutting my boyfriends hair! Weve been looking for someone that could cut his hair to his picky specifications and she did a spot on awesome job!! We will be back!!!

    Stylist turnover is quite frequent but almost all do a good job. Was only unhappy with my cut one time in 3 years. Still going there as it is very convenient and pleased with the service.

    The people were nice. The check in process needs some work. I was a walk in. I tried to check in an hour before, I walked in. Could not do it, my wife also tried for me, she also failed. We gave up.

    Finally got my daughter to cut her hair,an the lady cutting my hair did an awesome job. As my hair was uneven from it growing back from having the side shaved. She did great,was able to even my hair out without me losing all my length.

    In response to @Tania Burns . I don’t think the workers were out of line. They are only trying to protect their workers. They would not know if you had the flu or Covid. Some of the workers could have compromised immune systems and health issues. People who are sick should really stay home so that they don’t make others sick.
