    I didnt register in online, walk-in. I was told a 45 min. wait Ug!! I decided to wait, chatted with a another customer while waiting, nice lady. My name was called, I was surprised. My approximate time wait started at 45 min. when Jules (Who turned out to be my Hair Stylist) called me, I was at 34/35 minute time wait!! NOT BAD!! About a 9/10 minute wait!Not only that, Jules was Extremely Friendly, She listened to what I was explaining to her as to how I wanted my hair. What I liked very much, was that she used a skill/tool called Reflective Listening, meaning she repeated back to what she thought I said. I liked that..she was 95% right, I explained again, then she understood. More people should do that in every business that provides a service, no matter what it is. I use it maybe 97% of the time in nearly every situation, so that if either person repeats what they thought they heard has an opportunity to politely correct them.The Point is I give Jules a 💯 % grade!Thank you Jules!!!! 🌹🦋Sharon L. 2/12

    Because I’m so spontaneous when it comes to getting my hair trimmed, I always just walk in and have NEVER been disappointed. Today I had Michelle and she is a charm, very profesional and an expert hairstylist. You simply can’t go wrong with either Michelle or Precious. And they are both really sweet ladies. I hope they both stay there forever!

    Went to get a nice trim and had a great experience. Lucia was an absolutely fantastic barber, got the style I wanted, with no issues. Will definitely ask for her again

    I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my hair, but she was amazing, she suggested affordable options to help my hair/scalp and I had very long hair that she cut 3in off and added a bunch of layers and I LOVE it!! 🥰 Definitely recommend!!

    I have needed a hair cut for damn near 2 years now.Finding a new hair dresser gives me anxiety but as soon as I saw Yadi I felt at ease. She was very conversational and friendly.It’s not the first time I’ve heard my choice of haircut isn’t an easy one but you could never tell as confident as she seemed. She did an amazing job!!I highly recommend Yadi!! Thank you for your dedication and your love for your job!! Your the best!!!

    I’ve been a regular at this location in Plant City and the ladies here are awesome. Holly always greets me with a smile and does a fantastic job cutting my hair. Signing in through the app helps me to be in and out. Thank you ladies for making this Great Clips a great experience.

    Today I walked in with no appt and the wait was decent. I had Yadi as my stylist and she did a fantastic job. I love the inverted bob and it’s hard to find someone skillful enough to actually give me the dramatic look I want without paying a fortune. I’m so pleased that she will definitely be my go to girl. Love the look.

    If you sign in before you come in to the shop, the wait is usually minimal . I generally wait for Rose to cut my hair.She always does a great job and is friendly and makes time in the chair go by quickly. I highly recommend Rose and this shop!

    Not only very quick and convenient with easy online check-in, zero wait but by far the most important thing to me was the stylist was clearly a professional, both experienced and really talented.I definitely liked the result as much if not more than my last cut in a high-end Bayshore salon which ran me $65+ tip, a total of $75 almost 4X more!

    Took my 16 yr. Old to have his hair cut for the 3rd time at this location. Each time he has had a different person cut his hair. He liked each cut as good or better then the previous. Hes gotten where he doesnt want to choose as he likes them all.It was after 4:30 pm, and even though there were other walk ins, she agreed to wash, dry, and blow dry my hair. And I love the style.

    Ive been going here for years because I just want a basic haircut. Friendly staff although constant turnover, so theres always new faces. They keep your preferences in their customer records and ask you how you like it. You can get a good quick haircut at a reasonable price. Sign in online and avoid the wait.

    Very nice. They are very fast, but they always care about what I want. That is the main reason I love this place. I have been in so many places where they pretend to listen, but the end result is not what I wanted. That is not the case with this Great clips. I always get what I want with little to no call compromise

    We are from Lakeland, and we drive out to Plant City just for Sueann. She is really awesome with my kids, and does an amazing job on their hair. We are used to going to a kids hair place up North, but Sueann definitely does the best. She is a great find.
