Myriam is a sweetheart. I had a very pleasant experience. The shop is cute, quaint and peaceful. Love the vibe. She gave me exactly what I both wanted and needed. Ive had my hair in a protective style (that turned out not to be so protective) that actually damaged my hair. So, I came to her with thinning, brittle, uneven and damaged hair and she was able to create something that Im proud to walk around with. And thats a big deal because I have not been in public without some sort of added hair in my head in YEARS. Love what Myriam did! I might not have seemed enthusiastic when I left the salon because haircuts are always hard - even when you want them. Its hard to part with hair youve been trying to grow for years. Im happy to start this process over again, yet another time with Myriam.

Myriam at Wild Texture Salon was FANTASTIC! I absolutely loved her consultative style of getting to know her new clients, it’s obvious she is an expert in textured natural hair. The best part is my hair looked amazing when I left AND she styled it and used a gel that allowed my hair to look great all week long on my cruise, and I never had to add product or wet my hair. Plus, the color she gave me complimented my existing color, making it more vibrant and beautiful. The look lasted the whole week as if it was day one, day two hair!! I highly recommend her—I’ll be back!

Myriam is very knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions, and walked me through how to properly care and manage my hair; including product recommendations. A few months ago Myriam completed a single process color transformation, which was my first time ever permanently dying my hair. She created a special color to achieve my vision, a perfect natural looking red. My curls are still popping and Ive enjoyed being a ginger so much I just had my roots retouched. The color has stayed vibrant and the touch up is seamless. She is always very professional and the space is cute and clean. Myriam is my go to for curly cuts, and now color! I have 4a/b shoulder length curls.
