    My only complaint is that I cannot take Nicole everywhere with me! Literally the best hairdresser I’ve had so far! She’s attentive, funny, and so talented! I recommend her a million times and then some!The salon itself is also 5/5. Vibes are truly amazing with everyone talking, making jokes, etc. such an amazing experience! Please please go and give them all your business! They truly deserve it! Esp NICOLE!!! ❤️UPDATE: Went in for a root touch up, walked out a brand new woman 👩🏽‍🦰

    Went into the Hair Cuttery in Ocala. Was greeted by Joann who offered to cut my hair. After getting a shampoo. Conversation was great like we were old friends. Told her what I wanted and she did it better than I had imagined. Definitely will go back and highly recommend this place. Be sure to ask for Joann!

    Since I moved here to Ocala I have been looking for someone to cut my hair. Other places I went to I was not pleased until now. Rachael did a great job cutting and styling my hair the way I like it. She was professional, kind and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Rachael. She is amazing!!!

    I only come get my hair trimmed, washed, conditioned, blow dryed and flat ironed once every few months when I dont feel like doing it myself. When I do come, I only have Leticia do my hair. She does a wonderful job. She has a pleasant personality and she gives me tips on ways to keep my hair healthy and recommends certain hair products. She is great and you will not be disappointed.

    I have been looking for a local person to cut my hair for years! Some place I didn’t have to drive to Belleview or as far as West Palm!Richard saved the day!     Ingrid was awesome!! I was coming in just to get my hair trimmed and I explained to her that I was having a Christmas party this afternoon and she went out of her way and did a lot more than I expected.     KATRINA. Thats your girl. Not only did she pull off an incredible & unusual request, but she SLAYED it. She took her time asking and planning, which I really appreciated. You can tell she truly cares and wants her customers to be happy. The salon in general was a great experience, they seemed to stay busy which is always a good sign! All the people that work that are fun & easy going and I genuinely enjoyed the overall experience! My hair says it all!

    This is the best salon! I went and got my hair done at a different salon on Friday and they messed up my hair, I didnt even want to leave the house or see my self in a mirror. I got in contact with Nicole and ask her if she can fix it for me and she said of course. I was only available on Monday and her schedule was booked so she put me with Leticia. Leticia and I talked about what we can do to make it look amazing. And after she was done, I loved it so much, I could not stop smiling. Leticia you are one amazing stylist!!!!

    I’ve been going to Hair Cuttery at Canopy Oaks for several years now, and I won’t be going anywhere else. Rachael always does a fantastic job on my hair, making sure I leave with exactly the color and cut I came in asking for. I bring my daughters in for haircuts as well, and we’ve had a wonderful experience with every stylist so far.

    I made an 8am appointment to see Nicole before going into work and she was amazing! On time and super nice. I asked for layers and face framing and she did a wonderful job. She checked in with me every step of the way and gave me recommendations based on my hair type. I can’t recommend her enough. I will be back whenever I need another haircut. Thanks Nicole!!!

    Very easy to book an online appointment even for a new user. My stylist was super gentle while washing and brushing and patient as I described what I wanted. After giving me the best haircut she taught me how to style and take care of it. Would definitely recommend for anyone

    I came in for a caramel balayage, Nicole did my hair! i absolutely loved it, the service was awesome. i got many compliments after getting my hair done.     Ive been coming to Hair Cuttery ever since the reopening after the pandemic. At first, I wasnt sure this place would be the wisest choice because as far as I knew, Hair Cuttery was like a super cuts, but was I wrong and Im glad I was wrong. Initially, I had a couple of uncomfortable situations, the regular staff tried their hardest to make me feel seen and understood. I dont normally write reviews because Im not always completely satisfied with the service I receive. HOWEVER, it was only last year when I met my hairs muse: KATRINA. I have to shout my joy from the mountain top for her. For 25 years, Ive never had my hair look the way Ive wanted it to truly took, until KATRINA came along. She finally GOT how I wanted my hair. The regular aestheticians here always make me feel comfortable and happy. I just cant believe it took almost a lifetime to have my hair look EXACTLY how Ive wanted it. I will follow her until the end from any corner of this earth. Thank you, Hair Cuttery, for KATRINA @ Canopy Oaks Plaza in Ocala. Thank you, Katrina, for understanding what I wanted!!!!

    This is my 2nd time going and im glad i met Leticia!! The first time i went about 4 months ago my hair was very damaged she was able to cut what I needed and provide helpful tips and products. My curls have been 10x better and my hair grew so much longer ! 10/10 recommended not alot of stylist know how to work with curly hair but Leticia definitely knows what she is doing 🙂

    I got Richard after I completely screwed up my hair. He was so gentle and listened to my fears about bad past experiences with salons. He made sure that I knew exactly what he was doing, why, and what it would look like. He also told me what I would have to do going forward. He was super non judgmental, even though my hair was super jagged and he made it look GOOD. He actually listened when I said to be careful to not cut it too short. By far the best experience Ive ever had at a hair salon

    Alicia did a good job with my 16mo old sons first haircut. I would like to advise that the company allows for employee pictures on the website so when we are booking our appointments, we can see who we are booking with and remember who we saw last time. I am better with faces than names.

    I had a very efficient and professional haircut. The prices were a little bit higher than other local places because this is a full salon. I would recommend opting for a shampoo afterwords, to clean off any loose hairs.

    I took my three kids in for haircuts. Alicia did all three cuts and they are all thrilled with their haircuts. My youngest has lots of sensory issues and was very emotional/sensitive about hair washing, brushing, and trimming. Alicia was a total angel! She used so much patience with my youngest and gave her an awesome and respectful experience.

    My mother and I get our hair done by Yelina... She is Awesome. Pays attention to detail and does exactly what you want her to do all the time. I went to a wedding and she set my hair with extensions and it looked beautiful. She also did my mothers hair and she looked very elegant.She also does the brow waxing very nicely!!! You need to make an appointment with her, since she is always busy.

    My stylist, Alicia was amazing. She really gave attention to my hair and made accommodations for me being pregnant like adding a pillow for my back when washing my hair. She took really good care of me and did not rush through it. I did not have anything dramatic done to my hair just a cut and blow dry, but it has been a long time that I was actually satisfied with the results.

    I arrived to meet Richard, crying after my long blonde hair (in beautiful condition) was wrecklessly dropped to almost black by another salon. I harshly washed out as much as I could over one week. Then Richard went to work. In 44 years of of keeping up long blonde hair (roots etc) no one worked as hard as Richard who gave me highlights changing my tone all while preserving my hair. Lesson learned: Don’t search for “Ocala’s ‘Best’ Salon”, search for your person. Richard is a talented, experienced, beautiful soul who will give you what you want. Richard is my person and I will see him every 4 weeks.

    Went to pamper myself for a change and Nena, my stylist, went above and beyond to make me feel like a million bucks! From the moment I entered, she explained everything she was doing. Answered all my questions. Simply amazing!!!! I recieved a hand massage while my head and hair were wrapped in hot towels!!!!!! Tell me thats not awesome! Afterwards, Nena cut, blow dried and styled my hair. She kept me laughing and gave me her undivided attention. My experience was AMAZING! I will surly be back and suggest that if youre reading this, to GO SEE NENA!!!
