This is a lovely salon and Kim is a superb loctician. I just moved here from Chicago and I was worrying about finding a loctician who was professional and knowledgeable (so when I met Kim i HIT the jackpot). Moreover, She is a licensed scalp therapist!! She has great products too, some she makes herself, right down to the shampoo. (whatever she uses is phenomenal for black folks hair). Each client uses products tailored to their scalp and hair needs. I can’t see myself receiving natural hair services from any other loctician in Miami.

I loved Kim so much! I was so nervous about the color I was getting but she put ne at ease! She was very diligent and took her time to explain to me the coloring process and the after care tips to keep my color refreshed! She is amazing!!! 👏 Would definitely be back again ☺️

I’ve been going to my mom’s friend to do my locs ever since I started back in late 2017, I thought it was the best of the best, the legit of the legit. Over time I felt she wasn’t doing the most to make sure my hair was good, clean, and health. My cousin noticed my hair becoming unhealthy and just bad in general, so he told me about Kim and her Loc’d N Naturally place. I checked out the Instagram and she looked legit. I set an appointment and had high hopes and expectations going into it- and man were those hopes and expectations broken, demolished, smashed, you name it she exceeded it!.. She sat me down and had a full conversation about how my hair is, when I started, how i maintain it, picking my brain about everything. I felt like my hair matter, that Kim really cared about my hair. Overall I loved the experience, had great conversations with everyone who was in the saloon with me, and I will most definitely be coming here to get my locs done again fo sho fo sho! She also gave me a complementary moisturizing/oil for my hair, much love.

Kim is a true professional who always provides excellent service. She is passionate and knowledgeable about what she does and cares about her clients. What I love most is the way she personalizes the salon experience. There is a friendly welcome and a cup of tea if you want one upon entry, hardly any wait time at all, and she pays close attention to detail. She also gives the best washes. 10/10 recommend.

I was looking for a loctician 2 years ago and was so grateful to run into this young lady. They treat each client like you are the only client. Visiting this salon is an entire experience which I enjoy every time. The complete experience is astounding. From the moment you walk in, straight to being served. I learned so much about how to treat and maintain my hair. Then theres that comfortable chair you kick your feet up in, and the ice cold bottle of water complimentary, and the hydro massage on the scalp! Everything was superb. As a man, going to a barber all my life, you dont get that kind of service, just hoping for a fresh cut. Definitely recommend everyone to try this experience once. Youll be back.

I’m so glad I came to Loc’d n Naturally. Before I came in my scalp looked and felt like concrete! I’m talkin flakes, crust and scabs. No matter how much I cleaned and oiled my scalp after a couple day it go right back to being crusty. I had no idea why my scalp started getting like this. After my scalp consultation, It turns out that I have a real scalp condition. I got my 1st Detox treatment and retwist and my scalp was RESTORED! There’s really no words for the relief I felt instantly after the detox. I have one more detox treatment to do, but already the itching and crusty flakes have subsided with the information and steps and products that were recommended. I’m EXTREMELY thankfully for the service and knowledge I’ve learned about my condition and look forward to making future appointments with Loc’d n Naturally.
