I went to the salon today. I had an appointment with Danny he attended me in the moment I arrive. He was very courteous and professional. He did my color and then he shampoo my hair, he did the highlights, and washed my hair again and then he blow dry my hair. My hair looks wonderful! He was very, very attentive to my needs, and he gave me suggestions and he was extremely professional. I have gone with Danny before and I have always been satisfied with the service that he provides me. He’s awesome with his clients and I’m very happy with the end results. I’ve been coming to this location now for 8 years and ever since I meet Paulina she has been great always I’ve tried other hair dressers but I just love the vibe to Paulina and I will never again try anyone else for she is the best with me about my hair, color and treatment. My daughter has autism and I never got her hair styled due to her sensory issues. She has her graduation today and I wanted to try something different. I took her to hair cuttery last night (no appointment) because it’s close by my home. I’mGlad I did btw. They where great. My daughter got her hair cut and blow dryed. I was so worried for her and how she would react. I want to thank the gentleman that I didn’t catch his name who worked on my daughter. I really appreciate him. He was very patient and kind to my daughter. He also did my younger daughters (who is NT )hair. Both my daughters loved there hair style. Thank you hair cuttery!

Have been here now for myself 4-5 times and am never particular about who I get, and they’ve all done a great job on my long hair and layers. Started taking my 2 year old here and my husband and they both turn out great too. Lupe was great today with my toddler, sat by himself and didn’t cry at all. Made him feel comfortable with lollipop and balloon and stickers afterwards.

Highly recommend seeing Paulina @ Fountain Square! She is awesome. I don’t usually have much luck finding a stylist that understands my desire for an unconventional cut, but she was completely aware and in tune. I hardly had to explain what I wanted, and she delivered! She’s hilarious, warm and welcoming. Looking forward to booking with her again.

Loved how polite they were when i walked in. I only went in for a cut. What blew my mind was that she didnt just went into it and just chopped it off. No. Lol she actually showed me how it would look when i have my hair dried so my length of what i want would be different. Update: I feel like I should give the whole story of my last visit, I booked with Lupe when I came in the miss at the desk checked me in and I asked for Lupe and she said she was occupied, no one let Lupe know I was there or asked if I wanted to wait, but being the nice person that I am I went along bc I really needed a hair cut and I thought it wouldn’t hurt (it almost felt like I couldn’t say no or I was being rude to say no). Now washing my hair I now notice my hair is uneven by the slightest but I can see it and it irks me to my very core that I shed tears, my bangs were made too wide (my initial reason why I cried) which is why I had to make another trip to visit Lupe to correct my bangs bc they were way too heavy and wide (I had face frames…. lol I have none now my hair has no flow) looked nothing like my inspo pic, LOTS of my long hair chopped away and I paid over $100…… lesson learned never cheat on your stylist and if you know your hair stick to your guns when seeing a new stylist give them the whole run down of your hair history, ask for before and after pictures, the whole spiel I understand the service industry but if you’re going to take other peoples clients the least you could do is impress the client if you want to keep them. I am not one to complain but if you’re not going to take your time helping a client then don’t take the client, especially when the client has curly hair/long hair/ a lot of hair, save me and yourself the grief and the negative shadow now casted upon your character. I will go back once my hair grows out enough but please let me stick with Lupe especially when I booked under her name. If it weren’t for Lupe I’d never go back.So I’ve been coming here for about 2 or 3 years almost and I usually been taken care of by Lupe, great amazing woman she knows how particular I am about my hair and ALWAYS DELIVERS, she really has the Midas touch and I appreciate the fact she takes her time to ensure I am getting my vision down to the last strand of hair, if you’re looking for someone who will CARE for your hair ask for Lupe. My latest visit was definitely not my favorite due to the fact that I went with someone else and Lupe helped me correct the issues I had with my hair as best as possible without compromising the integrity of my hair and I am 100% so much happier with the end result than I had previously. As someone who likes to experiment with their hair with trends and overall hair health I promise you, you won’t regret because I never have.
