    Both Tanya, the owner and Jessica, my stylist, are wonderful! They always work with me to get me in due to my difficult schedule, Jessica does a wonderful job with my hair and knows exactly what I’m looking for. Jessica definitely provides the TLC and is always able to do everything in a timely but not rushed manner. So thankful I found this salon!

    The owner Tanya was very nice and helpful, ensuring I had an appointment the same day requested and scheduled me with Jessica. Came in to a lovely atmosphere as I walked in and got greeted very nicely by both. Jessica was very pleasant and nice. She did an absolute wonderful job with my hair cut. She was very patient going back and forth making sure I liked it every step of the way. All around an amazing time! Definitely coming again when I need my next cut!

    I can’t say enough good things about Jessica at Verde. I came in with very damaged and unhealthy hair. I have visited 3 times so far and my hair has improved tremendously! Jessica has provided excellent education that has helped me get my hair back in the best condition! She is also so sweet and positive as well! I’m grateful to have found her! Owner Tonya has a beautiful salon and I’m excited to be a client!

    I was super nervous walking into this place I’m originally from Kentucky an I hadn’t had my hair done since before the move. These ladies were super nice an talked to me about what I wanted an they were ok even if I hadn’t gotten my hair done. They definitely calmed my nerves an I’m so glad I went ahead with the plan to cut my hair.. thanks ladies awesome job

    I came in with with very damaged hair. I had a rats nest in the back of my head that had to be cut out and then Jessica was able to shape my hair around the loss of hair in the back and did a beautiful job totally happy. Im going to go back and get another cut and color this time and again ask for Jessica. Amazing experience. Tanyas salon is so clean and crisp and beautiful and calming. Perfect. I will be going back over and over. ,Thank you for all your help.

    I was in need of a hair cut desperately the day before my sons graduation. The cut I had been getting elsewhere was just not turning out right the last several times. I looked at online reviews and saw good things about Verde Eco Salon.Tanya, the owner, was quick to help me get an appointment that same day with Katie. My cut was the best it has been in probably forever! I took some old pics of myself from when I liked my hair and told her what I saw wrong with the way it was currently being cut.Katie is super personable and really listened and spent an adequate amount of time getting it done right and spent time showing me how to blow dry it properly to lay correctly when dry. Her price was very reasonable. My whole family commented how much better I looked. Im due for another cut and will be calling Verde Eco!

    I love this salon!!! Great customer service! The high quality hair products are both much safer than traditional products and WAY MORE effective. First time my stylist, Taylor, put the hair dye on my head I remember being blown away that I couldn’t smell anything…no harsh chemical smell! The dye also stayed sharp and took longer to fade than I had experienced at other salons. And the price point is very reasonable. Their new location is fabulous, it feels like an intimate spa. I’m so glad I found this place. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

    Make this place your new salon! My stylist Kristen oberdeck was amazing her attention to detail to make sure she matched the color I wanted was refreshing. She was friendly and funny and made my experience memorable. The building was clean and the other staff was friendly as well.     I am so happy to have found Verde Eco Salon. I am growing my hair out and wanted someone to touch me up a bit and style me without cutting too much off. Eric listened to me and gave me a fantastic cut. I will continue to come back! Tanya was able to get me in and communicated scheduling via text; she was polite and helpful.     I haven’t had a hair cut in well over a year and honestly was not expecting to feel beautiful, but was truly stunned at how much better I felt once Mackenzie got to work! I had done a number on my hair with cutting and dying it myself but she didn’t judge at all, just offered super helpful tips and made me feel so cared for. I feel like myself again after this much-needed self care! I’ll be back again for sure! Highly recommend this place. It has the best vibe, friendly and talented staff, and pretty plants :)

    I am new to the area and I was looking for a non toxic vegan salon and thought I would try Eco Verde. Taylor was my stylist and did a fantastic job, I couldn’t be happier. She is the first stylist that has done exactly what I wanted. When setting up my appointment, the owner called and explained everything about their business and products. I am a huge animal advocate so finding a vegan salon was important. I will definitely be going back. I’m looking forward to seeing their new location. Thank you again Taylor for the amazing cut and color.

    My stylist is Mackenzie and she is a superstar! She is always open to my concerns and listens to my requests. She also explains what she will be doing (she has colored my hair and then done color removal) and reassures me if I start to have doubts about a process I’m considering. We also have some of the most fascinating conversations and she is wise beyond her years. It is always a pleasure to come to the salon and I enjoy the cool, laid back atmosphere and they choose the best music too. This salon charges a bit more than I have paid in the past for salon services but at this stage of my life I can afford it and I am worth the attention I find at Verde Eco.

    It was my first time at Verde and I am super happy I found them. I was looking for a salon that carried Davines products and Verde came up, I love that they are eco friendly too so I figured let’s do this. I was booked with McKenzie and she’s amazing! I have anxiety before any haircut appointment and she went over exactly what we were going to do before any steps happened, I have never had a hairstylist be so professional and caring. She took her time and has a sweet nature to her. My hair has honestly never looked this good and it’s been over a year since it’s been done at all. She’s incredible, I feel like a new person. I am definitely sticking with her and Verde will be my new salon home. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!!!

    Being new in town, I was in search of a great stylist. I tried someone highly recommended and it was a bust. And expensive. I reached out to my former stylist in Nashville and she did some homework. Bless her heart. She recommended I try Verde Eco Salon. They use top of the line products that few use in this area. I called and left a message. Tanya, the owner got back with me and I booked an appointment with Eric. (They are in a temporary location, but dont let that dictate your decision on whether or not to book with them.) My appointment was with Eric. I got a great cut and a partial highlight which added some depth I desperately needed. I have a TON of hair and most stylists are intimidated by it. I told Eric he could do whatever he wanted. He made a suggestion and off we went. When he was finished, my hair looked like a photo Id torn from a magazine a while back. At the time I thought - I think this might be a good cut for me. Well, without knowing it, thats the cut he gave me. I will definitely go back to Eric - whether they are still in their temporary space or in their new home. I felt I got a great service for a fair price.

    I had Taylor do my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. She did a fabulous job. She gave each of the bridesmaids a different style that were cohesive with each other. She was open to ideas and great with communication before the wedding. She arrived on time and ready to go. Her pay rate was competitive and I was very pleased with all she did. I highly recommend Taylor for wedding hair and styling

    I had a wonderful experience at Verde! I met with Presley who did a fantastic job. I have a family member who has done my hair for the past 13 years and I was so hesitant to go anywhere else because I didnt trust anyone. I have long curly hair but Presley did an amazing job. She even recommended some great products for my hair which I love. I cant wait to go back! :)

    Verde Eco Salon is THE BEST in every way! My family and I have been faithful clients of Ronny King for years--when he opened this salon, we couldnt be more excited. Perfectly located in San Marco, Verde has a top-notch staff and a relaxing ambiance. The stylists know their craft, from cutting to color, and their line of hair care products are my favorite. I really cant say enough about Verde, but do yourself and favor and try it. Youll never leave!

    I have been to this salon twice now. The first time I just went for a cut and worked with Eric Green. This was the first time in a long time I was happy with my hair cut. Second time I went in for some color and worked with Presley. She was really nice and explained the the color I was after would take more than one process which I totally appreciated. I hate when a stylist says they can do what you want and you leave with a different outcome or completely over processed hair. Even though we didn’t reach the color I wanted on the first go I was still happy with the finished result. The salon itself is minimal but gorgeous and the products they use smell amazing, especially the heat protectant (I think she said it was jasmine and mint) Will definitely be returning in the future!

    I came to Verde Eco to donate my hair because I wanted to make sure the cut Id have after donating looked great. I have a LOT of hair and mine was very long and thick so I appreciated that Presley was very intuitive about separating my hair into 4 separate ponytails to cut rather than trying to cut through one or two big ponytails. She and Tanya even gave me a little Davines bag to take the ponytails home with me to mail in to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. I thought Id be nervous to lose all that hair but Presley kept me at ease and did a great job giving me a flattering cut. She really considered my hair texture and how I like to wear my hair as she designed the cut, so I felt like I was in great hands. Now I can wear it curly or straight and I get tons of compliments either way. Im really glad I trusted Verde Eco Salon with my hair :)

    I’m a travel Operating Room nurse from South Florida, and was lucky to have found Verde Eco to pamper my hair again after a few months of not having to visit my salon due to Covid-19. Everyone in Verde was very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, and the energy of the place was very upbeat, upscale and yet none judgmental. I came in with a disastrous DIY hair color, thanks to Covid. Eric did a fantastic job in correcting my hair color. He cut my hair the way I asked for, and took his piece of advice to make it look better. Eric’s 20+ yrs. of skills reflected on the finish product. Verde Eco is my oasis while I’m away from home and Salon Sora. I highly recommend Verde Eco of Jax.

    Moved to the San Marco area recently and brought my boyfriend in for a mens cut. Mackenzie did so well with his longer hair that I immediately scheduled an appointment for myself. The atmosphere is great and the products are INCREDIBLE. Mackenzie was knowledgeable about these products and her work.     I scheduled a last minute trim and blow dry for my dry, damaged hair. Daena was my stylist and she was very nice and laid back. She listened to what I wanted, and explained to me what she was going to do for my hair cut. She also gave me a complimentary deep conditioning treatment and really educated me on the products they carry (Davines). She took her time and was very focused on the haircut. It is now Monday and my hair is still styled and SUPER soft and shiny. I love my hair cut and how great my hair feels. I will definitely be back & will be purchasing their products!

    I had an outstanding experience at this salon! Ronny took great care of me and my hair. He was educational about the best way to style my locks to work with my face shape, and he told me all about the incredible Davines line of hair products (sustainable, cruelty-free hair care line with natural ingredients - that company goes above and beyond to make the most eco-friendly hair products youll ever find).The salon feels very artsy and hip without any pretension. The stylists and staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the local art for sale hanging on the walls and all the natural light the shines into the space. Oh, and the shampoo sinks are the most comfortable that youll ever sit at!

    What an unbelievable salon! The staff are all so friendly and knowledgable. Everytime Im in there it is spotless and the decor is so pretty. Getting your hair washed is so pleasant. The sink bowls have a headrest in the center - its so great. They truly know what they are doing and always make sure you are happy and looking fabulous! Their products are so great. Ask about heir medium hold hairspray. Its amazing!!

    Love Verde-Eco Salon, everyone was friendly, the location was easy to find and there was ample street parking. I walked in to ask about scheduling a shaping/trim appointment and walked out with a great cut, thank you Eric!I also love how soft my hair has become and how smooth my skin is using the Davines multi-use shampoo/body wash and conditioner/shaving lotion.

    I was so excited when I found out about Verde Eco-Salon. I honestly didnt know a vegan salon existed, and was coloring my hair myself because I didnt want animal tested, chemical filled products being used on my hair! My stylist Abigail was so nice and she changed my hair color from a icky, uneven box brown color to a beautiful, very dark brown. I also got about 8-10 inches cut off my hair, and now have a blunt bob with bangs. If youre looking to get a short hair cut, Id definitely recommend Abigail. This is one of the best hair cuts Ive ever gotten. My hair looks amazing and Im so glad I found this salon.

It’s gorgeous and convenient, his crew is awesome, and so are the products he sells. Please tell him I sent you!

    Ronny gave me an outstanding first haircut. Looking forward to my next one in a few weeks. The salon is clean, neat and attractively decorated. The staff is courteous and friendly. Right nearby are Bold Bean and Good Dough, where you can grab coffee and a doughnut afterwards.

    Loved my hair cute but was not expected it to cost $55 for a cut and blow dry. After tip it was $60. I did not even get my eyebrows waxed. Great atmosphere and people just cant do the cost. It 3 girls in this house at that price want work. They wanted $25 Fir kids. Ive never played over $12 for my 7 year old.

    I love VERDE!!! I have been going to Ronny for years and he always is in front of the trends, stays current on all types of education, and is a phenomenal stylist! People ask me all the time where I go for color -- simply no comparison. Verde only uses the best products -- I am a Davines lover for life. Everyone else at verde is super friendly, helpful and fun to be around when you are in the chair. The artwork is top notch, too ;-)

    Ronnie has been styling my hair for a while now. I have coarse, thick hair and its really hard to find someone who knows how to style it. Ive had longer hair styles and tight to the scalp hair styles. He does them all. The staff is great and Ronnie is a trip. Pay them a visit.
