I had an amazing experience at HairCassoChanny! Walking in with a bit of a “bird’s nest” on my head, I left feeling like a brand new person – shiny and rejuvenated! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with a clean environment that added to the experience. The stylist was extremely polite, addressing all my concerns about my hair with patience and expertise. Her positive feedback and recommendations for hair growth have set me on track to achieve my hair goals. I’ll definitely be booking her services again; she’s an A+ in my book! If you’re in need of a local hairstylist, I highly recommend checking her out.

I don’t go to anyone else! Chantel has always made me feel alive again! She makes my hair come to life! I’ve been going to her for years! She’s amazing 10/10. Her vibe, her talent with her cutting and coloring skills. I love her! Highly recommend! Long hair photo was after my divorce back In 2021ish. And the short chop was just recently in early March 2024 for my birthday!! Making me feel fabulous as always!!

This has been the best experience I have ever had. This was actually my first silk press and trim. I have never had a silk pressed before, so I was really nervous on how the turn out will be.She was very professional, and she went through all the steps in the process, so that I will feel comfortable . Also showed me the damage to my hair and how much of a trim she should do and if I was comfortable with it.She did such an amazing job. I will definitely be back every three months so that I can get a touchup.10 out of 10 will definitely recommend .

I was looking for someone with knowledge of Balayage since this was my first time doing something like this to my hair. HairCasso by Channy was very quick to respond when I initially contacted her by text and offered me a consultation appointment for the following day. Upon meeting her I was impressed by her promptness, ability to listen to exactly what I was wanting to accomplish with the color service. My service was a little unique as I was wanting to color a Hair Topper piece that I had purchased. I showed her some examples of what I wanted and Serene worked her magic and created EXACTLY what I was looking for! She used special care and cut and colored my topper and made it look absolutely Gorgeous and super natural, Im so happy with how it turned out and absolutely recommend any ladies out there suffering from hair loss that are looking to customize their alternative hair to reach out to her for a consultation, you WILL NOT regret it! I have been doing my hair with her for several years and its because she truly is the best. I came to her with dark black onyx hair and she professionally toned it down without any damage. She doesnt just cut and style, she takes care of your scalp. She is my favorite colorist and knows how to do an actual byalage! And she can give you whatever tone youd like. Her hands are pure magic. I am so impressed with Serene services that I will definitely be a returning customer. She was super pleasant and gentle in spirit. She asked me exactly what I was looking for and recommend a good treatment for my damaged hair. Her hair washing was truly an experience. She was gentle yet efficient. I have very tangled hair and she detangled with such ease. Her scalp massage was magical. I asked Serene for a short bob cut and she killed it! My hair came out beautifully. I highly recommend her!

The salon experience was so professional and relaxing. I received a silk press and was thoroughly impressed. She did a hot oil treatment and then a very thorough cleaning of my scalp with a nice head massage, deep conditioning and steaming to ensure my natural hair still had nice curls. She did an excellent trim and curl on my hair that provided body to my hair. I would highly recommend.

Instead of just doing what she wanted, like most stylists, she gave me several options of what to do with my hair. You can tell she loves what she does just by the way she took her time and the way she handle my hair with her hands, super gentle. I feel like I’ve known her for years, great conversationalist. Chantel is such a vibrant soul! I have naturally curly/frizzy hair and I wanted to be what I call a “straight natural” so she recommended a Botox treatment which last for 3-4 months and my hair will revert back whenever I’m ready. We also cut my hair into a bob! And added tape in to which she came to my house to do because I have a baby and didn’t want to be out. My hair is extremely beautiful and I finally am starting to feel like myself again. She is awesome. She even offered me a cheese platter. Her hospitality is out of this world. I expressed my hair-history with her and the look-goal I’ve been dreaming of and she made that happen. Also love the free service of clipping dead ends, most hairstylist charge for that service. Not to mention she works with ALL hair types. Definitely like Picasso but for hair (she did hues of purple like I asked so It’s hair-art and looks very subtle and healthy)
